Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days of receipt. Higher than normal volume of orders may cause a short delay in standard processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or Federal Holidays.

FedEx Home Delivery allows for delivery on weekends.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will add time to shipping dates.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be sent out when the order is processed. An email containing shipping information will be sent to your e-mail address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Valley Fig Growers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
