2025 Food Trends in Action

At the end of a calendar year, trend predictors try to nail down what exactly we will be eating or craving in the year to come. This past week wrapped up the Fancy Food Show, a tradeshow that showcases specialty foods and for many, can be a barometer for whether those initial trends prove out.
