Herbed Goat Cheese and California Fig Spread

Herbed Goat Cheese Spread with California Figs is so versatile. This spreadable goat cheese is great on finger sandwiches or stuff chicken breasts with it.

Instructions

  • Process the goat cheese, milk, chives, olive oil and thyme in a food processor until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a serving bowl and stir in figs, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or a thinly sliced baguette.
