Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days or receipt Higher than normal volume of orders may cause a short delay in standard processing time. Orders are not processed on weekends or Federal Holidays.

FedEx Home Delivery allows for delivery on weekends.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses will add time to shipping dates.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking will be sent out when the order is processed. An email containing shipping information will be sent to your e-mail address.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Valley Fig Growers is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Valley Fig Growers is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

Valley Fig Grower’s products may be returned only if product is defective. Food grade products may not be returned for any other reason. Seller will determine whether to replace or issue credit for defective product. Product returns require product return authorization (PRA). Contact info@valleyfig.com to receive PRA prior to returning product, a reply will be provided by seller within three (3) business days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees for returned product; fees will be refunded if product is found to be defective.
