California Fig Fiber Smoothie

This smoothie is the ultimate healthy swap for a milkshake. It’s creamy from the avocado and almond milk, and just sweet enough with the California Figs. You can always use our Mission Figs, but the Golden Figs keep the color bright green.

Makes 2



  1. Freeze the figs for 15 minutes.
  2. Place the almond milk, spinach, avocado, water, lemon juice, and figs into a blender in that order.
  3. Puree until smooth.
