Herb Marinated California Mission Figs
Herb Marinated Figs are the unexpected accent your charcuterie plate is asking for. These herby figs are great in an antipasto spread or Italian sandwich.

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Orchard Choice or Sun-Maid California Figs
- olive oil
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed fennel seeds
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 cloves garlic smashed
- 1 pinch salt kosher
- black pepper ground
Instructions
- Plump figs in boiling salted water to cover for 10 minutes. Drain. Drizzle with olive and toss with remaining ingredients. Marinate for 24 hours.
