It Starts with Golden Fig Lemonade

Golden fig lemonade is the star in this drink and makes us wonder aloud—why hasn’t this been a thing before? Dried Figs and lemons are amazing flavor partners in couscous, hearty tagines, even cheesecake, but we’d never thought of bringing them together in liquid form before until now. You don’t have to wait to make your new favorite summer drink.

What Does Pimms and Lemonade Taste Like

Imagine the sweet and tart goodness of lemonade with a kick of tangy alcohol and that’s the basis for this drink.

How Strong is Pimm’s & Lemonade

We suggest using 1 ounce of Pimm’s all the way up to 1 1/2 ounces to balance out the flavor without making it too boozy. Then again, this is a cocktail intended for lovers of sweet drinks, so you can add another tablespoon of lemon juice to brighten it up. Add more Pimm’s if you like too.
